Contrary to the industry standard in commercial management and leasing, De Miranda Management collects is leasing commissions monthly, as the rent is paid – not all upon execution of the lease. In addition, De Miranda Management does not require an exclusive listing agreement. Many times, these agreements cause broker complacency.
At De Miranda Management, our hope is that we manage and lease our clients’ commercial properties for decades. Therefore, we take our leasing commission and management fee monthly.
