DMM Management and leasing is a customer-driven company that seeks to exceed its clients' expectations by maximizing their investment returns and asset values; consistent with professional leasing, management and financial accountability standards, and providing innovative and individualized financial reporting, asset management, marketing, repair, maintenance, construction, and rehab services.

 

LEASING

 

ATTENTION LANDLORDS! DMM COLLECTS LEASING COMMISSION MONTHLY.. DMM Leasing is changing the industry with its commissions structure. The leasing industry demands to be paid a 6% commission based on the entire lease term when the tenant takes possession. The landlord has 100% of the risk that the tenant defaults.

Not at DMM. The landlord pays the commission out of the rent collected. Other Brokerages also require an exclusive listing. All too often, the Brokerages do not properly work up a listing because they have the exclusive right to list the property.

Our leasing program is different than others. We hope to manage and lease commercial properties for our owners for the next 40+ years. We take our commission and management fee monthly, while the tenant pays. If the tenant defaults, we stop collecting our commission. Thus, we as a Brokerage take the risk of a tenant defaulting which drives us to find a good tenant for our owners.

DMM Leasing uses the same advertising and marketing methods as the largest Brokerages. DMM is responsive and motivated to fill vacancies at the highest market value. Call us to learn more about our Leasing.

FINDING THE BEST RESIDENT MANAGERS Can't seem to find qualified on-site managers to run your property? DMM is renowned for its proprietary Resident Manager Training School. We thoroughly screen all candidates, put them through four days of intensive course work, and even after that, they still must complete one full year of service under the hands-on guidance of our supervisors before becoming certified resident managers. And, because professional development is a never-ending process, we conduct seminars twice a year for all our managers to sharpen their skills.

Of course, free estimates are always provided in advance for your approval.
